PAYMENT METHOD
A+ Computer Services currently accepts PayPal payment and all major credit cards through paypal.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are automatically processed and sent to your PayPal confirmed address; no other addresses may be specified.
We don't ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO address, Items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days after we receive the payment. All shipping and handling fee is non-refundable , we ship to USA only , We do not provide local pick up.
RETURN POLICY
All of our merchandise has been tested and guaranteed against being DOA (Dead On Arrival).
Items that are purchased by mistake may also be returned, but are subject to a 15% restocking fee if a refund is requested.
A+ Computer Services must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number . All products must receive authorization prior to being returned to us.
All returns must be received within 7 business days of receiving return authorization, Return packages may be refused if received outside of 7 business days from receiving authorization .
Replacements, Refunds, and Store Credit are granted once the product has been returned to us in its original condition, and may be denied if the product has been altered from its original condition.
All our products have been security marked for identification , if we don't receive the same item refund will be denied.
Buyer assumes all shipping, handling, and insurance charges. All shipping costs are non-refundable in any return situation.
WARRANTY
Unless stated otherwise, all items are guaranteed not to be DOA for 7 days after delivery , This excludes DOA as a result of damage during shipping , Warranty covers any hardware defects and excludes any software issues , neglect , or unauthorized repair.

THESE ITEMS ARE FULLY WORKING AND HAVE BEEN THOROUGHLY TESTED . LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ON INSTALLATION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE OR DESTROY THE CHIP/COMPUTER COMPONENTS. THEREFORE YOU TAKE ALL RESPONSIBLILITIES ON INSTALLATION.
